		<description>Don&#039;t like that diy studio guide. If I&#039;d read that when I first wanted to record to computer I would have not even bothered. I suppose it&#039;s fine if you&#039;ve got lots of money and actually want to build a whole DAW setup from scratch, but who would want to do that?

All I did was plug my guitar into the line in on my computer and cracked a copy of Acid. (Even just a copy of Audacity would do)

My current setup doesn&#039;t even come close to what that guide has down as the most basic gear to start recording with. But somehow I&#039;m getting a record released at the end of the month.
